Air Conditioning is in all bedrooms and is coin-operated. Please insert coins (1€ / 2€) into the Air Conditioning activation box on the wall in the Utility room. This will top-up the credit, which will be displayed on the box.
There are remote controls in each bedroom.
Please arm the Villa alarm when leaving the villa. It works with the fob that is on the main Villa keyset.
Hot water can take a few minutes to flow through to the taps and the showers. A tip is to put them onto full heat initially, which speeds things up, and then reduce the temperature from there. Take care of course when doing this.
Please don't flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilets. The sewage system in Lanzarote cannot cope with anything else, and blockages will occur. Call-out charges will unfortunately need to be passed on for blockages caused by items flushed down the toilets.
The BBQ is designed for use with coal briquettes, which can be purchased from most supermarkets. Place the briquettes on the tray provided and light.
After use, please allow the ashes to cool and then dispose of fully and carefully. Lanzarote can be windy and it's vitally important to avoid ashes getting onto the terrace or into the Pool.
Cleaning equipment, including a mop, vacuum cleaner, dustpan and brush, and cloths, can be found in the Villa. Everything is stored in the Utility room. We request that you please keep the Villa tidy and brush / mop / vacuum any items that get onto the floors during your stay.

One thing work noting is this model doesn’t have a cutlery basket.
The cutlery goes on a specific shelf at the top of the dishwasher. Pull the shelf out, place the cutlery and push the shelf back in. It took us a while to even realise this shelf was there!

The cutlery and utensil drawers are in the corner next to the oven. To open the drawers, pull in one or both of the corners of these angled drawers and the long cutlery drawer will be revealed.
