Open plan entrance, kitchen and lounge area
As you walk through the front door you immediately enter the large, glass-fronted open plan lounge and dining area. With sliding doors opening out onto the pool terrace area, it really is a perfect place to relax from the word go.
There is plentiful seating in this area, whether you want to relax or dine.
The fitted kitchen with island dining table is equipped with oven, hob, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle and toaster, plus has an ample supply of cutlery, crockery and utensils.
The TV Lounge has a large flat screen Satellite TV with an excellent choice of channels (including BB1, BBC2, ITV, Channel 4, Channel 5 and most Sky channels including Movies and Sports), plus a DVD player. Languages are English, Spanish, Dutch, French and German.
Bedroom 1: King Size master with En-suite
The master bedroom has a king size bed and benefits from air conditioning. It has a large wardrobe for storage. It also has a dressing table with mirror and bedside cabinets. It has patio doors that open out to a small private walled garden.
The Master bedroom also has an en-suite, equipped with walk-in shower, toilet and pedestal basin.
Towels are provided.
Bedroom 2: King size double
Bedroom 2 has a king size bed, wardrobes, and benefits from air conditioning.
It also has bedside cabinets and a dressing table with mirror. It has patio doors that open out to a small private walled garden.
Twin Bedrooms 3 & 4
Bedroom 3 is just off the lounge area and has twin single beds. It benefits from air conditioning. It has a wardrobe for storage plus a bedside cabinet.
Bedroom 4 is off to the right of the villa and has twin Single Beds. It benefits from air conditioning. It has a wardrobe and drawers for storage plus bedside cabinet.
Family Bathrooms
Family Bathroom 1, just off the lounge and kitchen area, comprises a Bath tub with shower, toilet and sink pedestal.
Family Bathroom 2 is situated next to the Bedroom 4 and has Jack and Jill sinks, toilet, and a large walk-in shower.
Towels are provided.
Games Room
The large Games Room is perfect for fun with family and friends. It offers a change of scenery after a day by the pool in the sun! Have a game of table tennis, shoot some pool or play table football.
The Games Room is also equipped with a versatile music system.
The Games Room also has a sofa bed.
Pool Terrace
This is the part most people skip to! Our heated 9 x 4 metre pool is 1.2m deep at the shallow end (with steps) and 1.8m deep at the other end.
It is set in a beautiful tiled terrace area, with plenty of sunbeds. The terrace faces South, so when the sun is shining, it shines down on us all day, all year round.
The large BBQ kitchen area is complete with sink and serving counter. It is in direct view of the pool, so the chef doesn’t need to miss out on the fun while flipping those burgers.
Last but not least is the large Hot Tub. Rest your bones and joints after a busy day’s relaxing. Bliss!
There is a pedestrian gate from the street directly into the Pool Terrace area, or you can walk around from the driveway.
Driveway & Gardens
Behind our remote-controlled sliding gate is a driveway with private parking for a car and additional space to store bicycles too if desired. You can walk around from the back of the driveway into the pool terrace area.
At the side and rear of the property is a garden area with artificial grass. It is a great area to relax and there is space for young children to play. It is also a really good suntrap and a great place to relax and soak up the sun.
Laundry Room
Next to Bedroom 4 to the right of the Villa is the Laundry Utility room. This might not be the most exciting room in Villa Rossa, but it’s pretty useful!
The Laundry Room has a sink, washing machine, and pegs for hanging items out to dry (there is a clothes line behind the driveway). There is also an Iron and Ironing board in this room. Within the Utility Room there is also an extra low-level refrigerator for a bit of extra storage (perfect for a few more cold beers!).
For those heading out to the beach or having a day around the pool, its worth checking the cupboards in the Laundry Room as previous guests often leave buckets, spades, beach balls etc. so help yourself.
